5. Order Processing and Confirmation

  • We deliver to addresses within Pakistan and select international locations (where available). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. MAUSAM is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or sale events may be final sale (non-returnable). This will be clearly stated on the product page.
